On December 11, 2025, district residents will be asked to approve a capital improvement project in the amount of $43,605,000. The project consists of mainly renovations to all buildings, along with parking and athletic field renovations. Below, please find a summary of the project scope:
Intermediate – Jr/Sr High School
· Exterior door replacement
· Masonry restoration and waterproofing
· IS corridor and classroom renovations
· HS cafeteria floor and ceiling
· Refinish field house and old gym floors
· IS gym wall pads, acoustics, and bleachers
· HS gym bleachers
· IS old locker room abatement and renovation
· Replace classroom unit ventilators with DOAS units
· Provide AC for data and electrical rooms
· Replace HS cafeteria AC
· Add AC to field house
· Replace failed chiller
· LED lighting in corridors and classrooms
· Replace classroom doors, add keyless access controls
· Repave bus parking lot, install conduit for potential EV mandate
· Baseball field drainage
· Softball field drainage
· Replace grass soccer field inside track with artificial turf
Elementary School
· Exterior door replacement
· Replace classroom doors, add keyless access controls
· Add AC to ES cafeteria
· Add DOAS units to ES classrooms
· LED lighting in corridors and classrooms
· Update electrical service due to AC
· Pave back parking lot
· Miscellaneous concrete sidewalk work
