• Dear Sodus Community,

Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year. While the COVID-19 pandemic has certainly changed the look of school, it has not impacted our strength as a community or our willingness to do the absolute best for the children of Sodus. One of the best days we had in almost six months was when we welcomed our students back to school on September 9th. Whether these students were in-person or virtual, we were able to get back to the business of educating and caring for our children, and we are so thankful for that.

Our entire team of educators spent months preparing for a safe and welcoming opening of school. The safety of our students and staff is paramount, and every procedure was developed to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidance. We revamped our instructional schedule to accommodate both in-person and virtual learners, and we believe this provides our students the best educational opportunities during these trying and abnormal times.

I am so proud of this school system and extremely grateful for the support our families and entire community is providing. As always, if you ever have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to call me at (315) 483-5201 or via email My best to everyone and to a very successful 2020-2021 school year.
